Dear All,
  One of the doctors I work for (in a basic research lab) has several
NBF fixed, paraffin embedded specimens of human neuroblastomas.  She
would like me to stain them for VEGF.  Does anyone have a protocol they
have used and could reccomend?  Do you use antigen retreval and what
type?  Have you tried an antibody from a specific supplier that you
think works well?  I would appreciate the help, since the doctor would
like the results quickly.  Thanks in advance.
