Hi All!  I am currently trying to section frozen marrow samples.  More
specifically, bone marrow that has been injected under the kidney capsule in
mice.  The kidney was harvested and snap frozen in liquid nitrogen cooled
isopentane.  I am using a Leica 3000M cryostat with both manual and motorized
options.  Any recommendations or suggestions for acheiving "nice" bone marrow
samples would be very much appreciated.  I am of course using a tungsten
carbide
knife and sectioning at colder temperatures (as recommended) of -30 C. Many
