We are using the following antibodies.
MLH-1 clone 14 Zymed cat#33-7800 run @ 1:100, pretreat HIER in
citrate
MSH-2 clone FE11 Zymed cat#33-7900 run @ 1:1000, pretreat HIER
in citrate
The MSH-2 antibody is much nicer than the MLH-1, but both work on
formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues (human).
