Dear Sandosis

I have found the most common cause of background staining to be caused by
using the primary antibody at tooooo strng a concentration. Even prediluted
antibodies can often be diluted 1/2 to 1/10. Not only can this clean up your
slides, it also allows budgets to go a bit further (very important in the
cash strapped NHS in the UK).
