TKH2 is an antibody used to detect the sialyl Tn antigen. This antigen is a mucin-associated carbohydrate expressed by most human adenoca's. Here's a reference for more info if you're interested:

I'm at a loss to see any connection of this antibody to obstetric deaths (fetal or maternal).....I found nothing in a literature search.
