Regulations for waste removal and disposal can be obtained from your States 
Water Department or sewage treatment source, also regulations can be obtained 
from OSHA, NFPA, also there may be waste removal companies in your area , 
that handle, medical waste as well as flammables, mercury , etc and if they 
do not , they can usually guide you to someone who does, also Nsh has a 
booklet on on some of these issues. Hope this helps, there is a lot to know
