Hi Jennifer,
I am also antiquated and do all my immunos by hand. I've gotten all my
immuno moist chambers from Dako and I would think they still carry them.
Not everybody is automated - yet! Dako immuno chambers are plastic,
black in colour and hold up to 27 slides (newer ones). The older ones
had glued seams and eventually started leaking. Newer ones are molded
and have no seams.
