I assume that most of the individuals who subscribe to histonet do so to
provide  information or give their opinion. In this respect therefore they
have implied that this is information that can be widely distributed. The
provision is however that infomation be credited to the appropriate source
and that it not be quoted out of context. If information is not to be
distributed then this could either be stated in the text (which seems a
picky to me) or the information sent to the person who posed the original
question with this same provision.
I am of the opinion that if you have information to share then this should
be given freely, I thought that this was the general philosophy of the
histonet.
