I agree with Barry, why use it and offer opinions if they are to be
considered inviolate.  People will surely quote the "histonet" as the
source and will usually print a copy to show others as I have done
several times.  I think this is a great resource as it shows how much
undisseminated knowledge exists in the world of
histotechnology.  I agree that where you use someones
'comment' as a reference you should always provide appropriate
details. As the editor of the Histograph the newsletter of the
"Histotechnology Group of NSW" (Australia) I feel some of the
information eg. information about coatings on slides should be made
available to those who do not have internet access.
Also the information about functionality of equipment for a given
purpose may help someone with a decision whether to purchase or not.
