Hi

It is very difficult handle Vibratome sections if the sections are less than
30-40 micron thickness. Then following question naturally comes out.  How
thick your cells are in your culture system?  And how thin sections you are
thinking of?

Is anyone out there in Histoland cutting live cells on a vibratome?  These
