Household Wisk detergent diluted 1:100 with plain tap water.  We have
used this for years.  It is excellent.  We began using it on the
recommendation of the man who did the annual cleaning and maintainance
of our microscopes.  It is great for removing oil from the slide as
well. Personally, I wouldn't use anything else.
