ASCP does not seem to have Freda Carson's book.  At least I can't find it
when I do a search on their website (http://www.ascp.org/press) using either
"histology" or "Carson" as keywords.

Most frustrating.  I have re-submitted the order through Amazon.com.  I'll
try Barns & Nobel online next I guess.
