Hi gang! Two questions for today:
1. does anyone have a recipe/procedure for a totally alcoholic
hematoxylin? Some colleagues have a gout specimen and don't want the
crystals to dissolve out, but need an H&E.
2. has anyone tried the modified Crossman's trichrome procedure
recently published in the Journal of Histotechnology?
If so, how did it work?
Many, many thanks in advance for all your input. (This histonet is just
SLICK!)
