processing schedules for small biopsies

To Everyone,
We are trying some new processors and i was wondering what everyone was
using for small biopsy processing as compared to the regular routine. Do you
use heat, vacuum or pressure and/or stirring???
We have tried short incubation times like 15 minutes in the alcohols with no
heat, stirring, etc. How short are your times?
