I need to label the basement membrane of endothelial cells lining Schlemm's 
canal (whole mounted tissue) so as to be able to identify it in a confocal 
series and distinguish it from surrounding tissues. I figured the best way to do 
this would be to label the laminin therefore I was wondering if anyone has had a 
good experience with a particular anti-laminin antibody or alternatively can 
anyone think of a better way to label the basement menbrane. Thanks very much.
