Rebecca S Smith was asking about a selective stain for 
eosinophils.

We use a modified Hansel's method which is quick and easy which 
we find is very specific for eos.  We use in on FFPE lung tissue 
from humans, rabbits and guinea pigs.  Eos stain quite nicely.
