Dear Richard

Don't know about monoclonal CD 3, have heard they are not as good as
polyclonal ( standing by for flames). We use dako polyclonal CD3 with HIER
(citrate buffer pH6.0). It will work after enzyme digestion but especially
if overfixed HIER is lots better.

The UK ICC NEQAS people would have better info if any are on the list
(Keith,are you there???).
