Hallo Histonetters,

Does anyone of you know where I could get tyrosine
hydroxylase from?
We are using a TH-monoclonal-antibody and we would
like to do
preabsorption
experiments using the TH-enzyme or its functional
epitope to exclude
cross-reactions
in our immunocytochemical experiments.
I already wrote to lots of biochemical and
pharmalogical enterprises
and
asked for tyrosine hydroxylase,
but either nobody has this enzyme in his product
sortiment or nobody
wants
to provide me with it.
I would be very grateful if somebody could give me a
hint.
