Sorry, but I can't remember where I read this quote.
However, I do agree with the point made about the handling of additional, rather hazardous chemicals by potentially less than consciencious personnel. I've worked with some real slobs in years past and I certainly wouldn't want them doing a decomtamination with formic acid or NaOH.
