I always used reagent alcohol for everything without any problem.  Reagent
aclcohol is denatured with isopropyl and methanol.

I would be happy to sample you some.

All,
    WE have been using ETOH as our dehydrating agent in processing tissue,
and through some miscommunication we are not going to get any more for some
time. I would like to know what people doing primarily animal work are
using? Tahnks ahaed for all the replies.
