Once the tissue for processing has been selected (grossed), we 
ALWAYS post-fix the  tissue from lipomas in Carnoy's overnight.

Like Gayle, we never dull a blade deliberately, but there is no doubt 
in my mind that sometimes blades get "worn in" - a bit like a new 
car engine!
