ASCP certification and years of experience, I think the reason you see so many
ads is due to the fact that before someone could work here they needed to take
the exam and if you did not pass you were out of a job since you were allowed to
work until the next exam cycle. As to salaries: I did an informal survey at this
site a few months ago and Florida actually has some of the highesrt salaricies
leading back to supply and demand because of licensing requirements</FONT></DIV>
