Hi,
     Dako has one. You can get them to send it to you free by filling out a
questionnaire at their web site (www.dakousa.com). It is available in
poster size or index card size. It is a very nice chart with darn near
any CD marker you could want.
    Try to get a few from whatever vendors you use. They usually have a web
site on their catalog. Then you can pick and choose which is best, most
companies are quite generous with their propaganda ;-).
