Hello Dr. Cartun,
I use Dako's LSAB2 kit, that's a 10 min incubation time for each of the
two reagents included in the kit. I pretreat it with BioGenex' citra
buffer for 15 minutes. The CD3 I use is Dako's polyclonal cat.# A0452 and
I use it on the Dako autostainer. I get fantastic results.
