RE: Iron stain counterstain

Hi Geoff

	I recall using scarba red many years ago when I was a trainee in the
pathology 
	department at Edinburgh university medical school. I think that it
was particularly good 
	as a nuclear counterstain for reticulin impregnations, where the
nuclear staining can be
	 weak. I no longer have the recipe so I'd be grateful if you could
send me a copy.
