Histonetters:
I am in need of some assistance on a neuro special stain: I have
procedure for a gallyas stain for nuerofibullart tangles and other
finding for neurologic disorders. This stain was given to me by my
neuropath. It is from an journal article. The procedure uses an alkaline
iodide silver solution which is developed by 3 solution combination
silver.ammonium/tunstosilicic acid solution. The procedure says the
slides should develop in 5-10 minutes but mine seem to take around 35
minutes. Does anyone know where I can get the actual procedure instead
of a piecemeal article.

Thanks Rod Slyter
