Dear Lynn,

Thanks so much for your reply. I would be pleased to receive the eye
processing protocols. My fax no. is :27214487226.
Could you also please fax me the recipe for Pen-Fix.
 I must try and
see if I can find an agent in SA for peel-a-way paraffin. I use
Histosec (Merck). I gather that you use a much harder paraffin
because of the support it overs when cutting eye tissue. I have tried
xylene substitutes but have never really been very happy so I still
use xylene so that wouldn't be a problem. I am going to try your
method of using two waterbaths. I know some people also float on
alcohol first(?%) and then on the heated waterbath to get rid of
wrinkles.
I am going to ask my supervisor if he would be interested in
obtaining some human eye slides from you. Could you give me some
indication as to what it would entail eg. cost, transport, time (we
have plenty as we only need them after June). I would like to know
how much you would charge per slide.

Thanks
