Try dilute (1:40 in distilled water) Giemsa for 30 min at 60
degrees, then rinse in absolute ethanol, briefly xylene and mount.
By varying the time in dilute giemsa you can make the staining
lighter or heavier.

Hope this works for you.
Hi everyone, Can anyone help me with a stain to
demonstrate Toxoplasma organisms in tissue sections? Thanks in
advance. Regards, Laurie.
