 Dear Mary Vaughan:

Zymed Laboratories offers a mouse monoclonal anti-CD56 (SCLC, N-CAM)
clone#123C3 which works well in paraffin-embedded sections. We
recommend ficin digestion or epitope retrieval. 123C3 has been cited in
many papers, here is a recent one: Felgar, RE et al; Amer J
Pathol 153(6):1707-1715 (1998).

Sincerely,

John Bliss Zymed Laboratories, Inc 458 Carlton Court So. San Francisco,

Good Afternoon All, Does anyone have CD4, CD8, CD56 [vs. human]
working in paraffin sections? Best
Regards, Mary Vaughan HT(ASCP)
