Hi there histonetters,
Someone had a question about a stain to demonstrate neurofibrillary tangles.
I had many years of successful neuritic plaques/neurofibrillary tangles
(Alzheimers/Senile dementia) demonstration using the good old Palmgren
silver technique.
Another very good stain for the same is a Glees and Marsland.
Russ Allison - I'm sure you have a method ready to transmit!!!
