A friend and I are going to be doing a talk on Troubleshooting routine
(fixation, processing, embedding, staining, special stains) and immuno for
both paraffin and EM. We would like it if you could provide us with
questions/problems you either have had in the past or are dealing with now.
We are using this for a talk so we may not send back answers to your
questions. If you want answers we would suggest sending the question to us
