Does anyone have experience using Mouse anti-single-stranded DNA monoclonal
antibody (MAB3299) used for the detection of apoptotic cells?

We will be using this antibody on brain tissue.

Any information on specific procedures, dilutions, pretreatment, use of
controls, would be appreciated.
