Here are suggestions for CD4 and CD8:
Novocastra/Vector offers a CD4 for Paraffin (Clone 1F6, # NCL-CD4-1F6)
DAKO Corp. offers a CD8 for Paraffin (Clone C8/144B, # M 7103)
