Jerry,

Pretty useless, huh?  Unfortunately, we have it in our SOPs that we will
record the temps of all waterbaths on Monday of every week.  It is silly
because if the temps weren't what we needed them to be, we would be unable
to get a quality section.  Silly rule, but it is in our SOPs.
