Biocare Medical 1-800-799-9499 also has a Bcl2 Mouse monoclonal antibody.
It comes with complete Suggested working dilutions and protocol
recommendations. They suggest boiling tissue sections in a 10mM citrate
buffer(Antigen Decloaker(cat.#CB910L) for 3-10 minutes, followed by
cooling for 10-15 min. On the back of the Data Sheet is a listing of 11
