Let me understand too because I am confused--if you have one case that
includes breast, skin or colon and rectal biopsies.  Does this mean you can
not charge for one Keratin on skin and one on breast.  This is one case,
one surgical number but two distinct specimen types.  I understand not
charging twice for Keratins on multiple breast specimens.
