We're shopping for new microtomes. Our histotechs cut about 65,000 slides
a year (with two microtomes) to give you an idea of the case load. Our
head histotech asked me to post a question on recommendations and people's
opinions on what type of microtome they prefer. She said she doesn't want
anything fancy, just one that will be reliable and a "workhorse" for day-in
day-out cutting. Any opinions, anyone?
Thanks.
Bruce
