I was having alot of trouble with the Richard Allan eosin Y and the hematoxylin.  They were not consistent anymore for some reason. I tried everything! I changed to Surgipath. They have a great new line of stains to replace the RA stains.  My docs have not complained once since I switched.  Also, there is no filtering required.
