Good day. Can you pls help me out. This is for my Histopathology subject....

May I ask for the procedure on how the buccal mucosa smear is collected and
the method on how it is made(If there are other techniques can you just tell
me the reference method). May I also ask about Cresyl ECHT stain's
advantages and disadvantages and the procedure(Best if possible or
reference) and the colors that it will produce and lastly can you pls. state
your references...
