Dear Everyone, 
       
    Hi, I have been slicing Mouse brains (fixed with PFA) in vibratome,
embedded in agarose. I am not keeping the sections in free floating, I am
mounting immediately. But After I let the sections dry and start to process
them for IHC, some weird bubbles appear in the sections, does someone knows
what could be happening?
