Dear all Histonet subscriber I want to stain the eye tissue of rat that
were fixed in Zenker's solution and paraffine embedded with normal
processing but I am not able to stain with HE stain's. 
Could Anyone tell me the which method should I follow for the staining
of eye tissue.
