I wanted to know that ventages and/or disadvantages have the different ones
preparations of PBS for immunohistochemistry.

The biggest questions are: 

Potassium phosphate monobasic or Sodium phosphate monobasic????

0.1M, 0.02M or 0.01M ????

pH 7.00 , pH 7.20 or pH 7.40????

Which is the it formulates that you use?
