I would not recommend spraying any type of aerosol into a chamber 
containing unfixed tissue.

Hi Diane,
There is a static guard you can spray in the cryostat.  If the cryostat 
has a vacuum, it may be affecting your cutting because you have not set 
your cutting window correctly..
