[Histonet] collagen gell autofluorescence

From:"Pawel,Pasierbek"

Dear All,
One of the users of our microscopy facility is thrying to image cells grown in the collagen gel (DB). After immunostaings she gets a lot of autofluorescence (as I believe) comming from the gel itself - it is visible when imaged with all 3 lasers 488nm, 543nm, 633nm.
Do you have any hint how to get around this problem?

All the best from Vienna,
Pawel
