Hi Histonetters,

 I am working on Telomerase (hTERT) IHC on paraffin fixed tissue. I just 
wanted to know if there are problems with Novocastra's NCL-hTERT 
antibody. I heard that it may be non-specific for Telomerase. Does 
anyone have experience using fluorescent IHC with hTERT on paraffin or 
fixed cells. I would also be very happy if someone can send me  a 
picture of how it looks. I find that it is localized in the nucleolus 
with some cells also showing a nucleoplasmic localization in addition to 
the nucleolus. Is this correct..?
