What particular protocol are you using? Lab made or
commercial? Is it possible that your control tissue
has been depleted?
Back when I still in clinical, no one else would do
them and I always agreed with the saying that they
were 'worthless and sorry'. Once in a very, very blue
moon I got results that were worth something.
