Hi everyone,

 

This is a question for anyone in the research/pharma/biotech industry.
What types of standards do you use for evaluating technicians for
performance?  For example, how fast should technicians have a study
completed (trimming, cutting, etc)?  We are looking for evaluation
standards, but since we cannot be compared to hospital or reference lab
standards, we are stuck!

 

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!
