Hello,

We are currently using a tape coverslipper from Sakura.  Although this is
not a daily occurrence it might affect 10-15% of the slides on certain
days.  We have tried to follow all the remedy given by Sakura and still
having problems.  Has anyone else confronted this issue?  If so, how was
the issue resolved?
