[Histonet] DAKO CSA II kit - alternate source for reagents

From:"MacDougall, John"

Hi All
I'm looking for an alternate source for the so-called "amplification reagent" in the DAKO CSA II kit. This amplification reagent is a fluorescein-tyramide conjugate, that upon catalysis by HRP deposits fluorescein in the tissue section. This can then be detected by fluorescence microscopy or IHC using anti-fluorescein.

Thanks for any and all help.

Sincerely

John R. MacDougall, Ph.D.
