[Histonet] A Few Things I learned About Cutting Thick Sections

Thanks to everyone for all the tips for cutting 20-50 micron sections!!
1. Warm blocks in water bath for a few seconds.
2. Hold down section with a brush
3. Lay section on room temp water bath first. Use a non treated slide to
transfer.
4. Lay section on 42 degree water bath and watch it uncurl!!
